H·Beatory informs you of a representative index that can check our health status with heart rate data.
Heart Rate: Average of heart rate data (BPM) measured by H-Beatory
Heart rate variability: standard deviation of heart rate data measured by H-Beatory
RMSSD: Calculated as the square root of the average of the sum of the squares of the differences between adjacent heartbeats
pNN50: Calculated as a percentage by dividing the number of heartbeats by more than 50 ms by the total number of heartbeats

Moreover, the trend of these indicators is more important than the value at the time of measurement.
H·Beatory can check trends by day, week, month, and year.

In addition to the four indicators, we provide Histgram chart and HRV Tachogram chart. In addition, VLF, LF, HF, LF/HF ratio, and Total Power in the frequency domain can be checked together when measuring.

However, H-Beatory only mathematically calculates the heart rate data measured by the Apple Watch and fingers and shows the result. Therefore, be sure to ask your doctor for advice when determining the value offered by H-Beatory.
